      As an important form of stainless steel material, stainless steel coils are widely used in industries, construction, food and medical fields due to their unique alloy composition and processing properties. Its core performance advantages are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1、 Excellent corrosion resistance performance
      Core reason: Stainless steel coils contain alloying elements such as chromium (Cr ≥ 10.5%), nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo), etc., which can easily form a dense oxide film (Cr ? O3) on the surface, preventing the internal metal from coming into contact with corrosive media.
Acid and alkali resistance:
      304 stainless steel (0Cr18Ni9): resistant to corrosion by nitric acid and organic acids (such as acetic acid), suitable for food processing and chemical containers.

      310S stainless steel (0Cr25Ni20): resistant to high temperatures up to 1200 ℃, suitable for lining boiler combustion chambers and heat treatment furnaces.
2. Low temperature impact resistance

      A mirror like smooth surface (roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m) can be obtained through processes such as cold rolling and polishing, which is less likely to breed bacteria and adsorb impurities.
2. Application scenarios:
      Food and pharmaceutical industry: used for manufacturing storage tanks, pipelines, and pharmaceutical equipment (compliant with FDA and GMP standards).
Kitchen equipment: sink, countertop, tableware, etc. (such as 304 stainless steel).
5、 Wear resistance and long lifespan
1. Wear resistance:
      Ferritic stainless steel (such as 430) has higher surface hardness and better wear resistance than ordinary carbon steel, and is used for mechanical components (such as bearings and gears) and building decorative strips.
      After surface hardening treatment (such as nitriding and coating), the wear resistance is further improved, making it suitable for high friction scenarios (such as mining machinery and papermaking equipment).
